Make sure there is enough RAM
Run disk clean-up periodically
Defrag the hard drive
Scan for viruses and malware
Uninstall programs no longer
needed
This all seems straight forward but reality is, many of us do not have the time to maintain the PC or laptop or we just simply forget to have a well rounded maintenance program for our computer.
